Attorney Richard Dingus joined Wallace Pierce Law’s civil litigation department in 2016. He currently works to assist clients throughout North Carolina with their personal injury claims and cases.
Richard is the most genuine, down-to-earth guy you’ll ever encounter. Whether we are discussing new advertising techniques or how to handle a difficult case, Richard is always full of great ideas and has a true passion for the law. Around the office, he’s eager to lend a hand to another team member and has such an easygoing attitude that our clients and our staff know they can always come to him with questions.
Currently residing in Durham, Richard was raised in Wake Forest, N.C., and is proud to call the Triangle area home. Richard attended Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, where he graduated in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in sociology. He returned to North Carolina to attend North Carolina Central School of Law, where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 2015.
When Richard isn’t at work, he enjoys listening to music, fishing, and rooting for the Virginia Tech Hokies and the Duke Blue Devils. He also loves being around friends and family, and on the weekends you may find him traveling to the lake with his wife, Stacy.
Since he joined the Wallace Pierce Law team as an Attorney, his research capabilities, persuasive writing skills, and legal knowledge have come in handy time and time again. Whether he is explaining personal injury law or negotiating with an adjuster, his goal is to always be an advocate for our clients and we are lucky to have him our team.
"It's not bragging if it's all true."
