Times are changing, and so is the legal industry. What image comes to mind when someone says “lawyer?” If it’s someone in a three-piece suit sitting in a worn leather chair that makes you wait 45 minutes for your appointment, then you’re not alone. However, that’s not the image we want people to think of when they hear “Wallace Pierce Law.” It’s the 21st century, and we’re spearheading the changing image of North Carolina personal injury lawyers. In fact, the way we do things couldn’t be more different.
We are a firm dedicated to ensuring that our clients are educated about personal injury law and litigation in North Carolina. Case Load Control

We discovered many years ago that seeking hundreds upon hundreds of cases at any given time would prohibit the lawyers from properly interacting with and investigating each injury claim. The policy for our attorneys is not for them to spend their hours seeking mediocre settlements or signing client after client, but to handle each case on an individual basis, ensuring each client gets the best representation and personal attention required.
A Focus on Practicing Law
We understand that we offer unique services to a specific type of personal injury client. We spend a lot of time and energy ensuring that each employee at the firm is systematically trained to ensure that their role and function in the firm is clearly defined. Our idea of a terrible work environment is an office where everyone is constantly in a panic about things not being done properly because no one knows exactly who is responsible for what task.
Our office is operated and run by the latest legal technology to ensure that any task undertaken can be completed effectively and efficiently. We aim to ensure that no person at the firm wastes their time flipping through disorganized client files, attending purposeless office meetings and waiting on other staff members to cooperate in the process.
